PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN’S TODDLER YOGA CLASSES

Toddler Yoga with Joanne Lloyd

Wednesday 9:30-10:20

Now on summer recess.  Next session September 8 - October 27, $128.
Class limited to 12 parent/children.  Drop-in by appointment if space available, $18/class.

Toddlers are natural yoginis as they learn to crawl, walk and just physically move around in their environment.  This adult/child (walkers to 3+ years old) class encourages those yoga poses and a lot more while building their budding self-confidence and self-esteem.  Through play, storytelling, partner poses and imagination, we learn how to hang like a bat and fly like a butterfly!
