PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN’S KINDERGYM CLASSES

KinderGym with Anita Botnen Fisher

Next session September 13 - December 13 (no class October 11 for Columbus Day), $234.

KinderGym 1 classes for ages 2-1/2-4y:   Monday 12:15-1:00
KinderGym 2 classes for ages 4-5y:         Monday 1:15-2:00
Class limited to 8 children.  Drop-in by appointment only if space available, $20/class.

Anita's gymnastics classes for pre-school boys and girls will emphasize "FUNdamentals" of fitness including balance, agility, flexibility, and strength.  Children will participate in a variety of exercises on the gymnastics mat and using simple apparatus and props.  Special attention will be paid to ensuring the children’s safety in these activities, as well as to teaching the children confidence in their abilities and self-reliance to take charge of their own safety.  Parents/guardians of younger children may be advised by the instructor to accompany their child in the class.  KinderGymnasts should wear a ballet or gymnastics leotard or shorts and T-shirt, and bare feet.
