About Adult Ballet

Our Adult Ballet Program offers a full range of ballet classes from Absolute Beginner to Advanced classes. The program provides a chance for adults returning to the ballet they studied in their youth, or for those starting with little or no ballet experience to re-discover or learn the fundamentals of ballet, continue their study, and express their inner dancer and enhance their appreciation of ballet and dance performances. Absolute and Basic Beginner Ballet classes are offered in sessions of 7 or 8 weeks. Our Open Classes are designed for students with some previous ballet training and are offered on a drop-in basis.
