About Adult Ballet

Our Adult Ballet Program offers a full range of ballet classes from Absolute Beginner to Open Advanced. The open advanced classes are taught at the highest quality available in the city and are perfect for experienced dancers keeping themselves in shape or getting ready for a day of rehearsals. Our program also provides a chance for adults returning to the ballet they studied in their youth, or for those starting with little or no ballet experience to re-discover or learn the fundamentals of ballet, continue their study, and express their inner dancer and enhance their appreciation of ballet and dance performances.
